To support this ambition, Erda is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to look after our clients and the logistics of our exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create specification documents and drawing packages

Assisting with procurement and contractor management as required, to help build, identify and secure framework agreements

Act as a main interface and manage the relationships with our technology delivery partner and clients.

You will grow the business through collaborative relationships with our existing and potential new clients.

You will grow the projects delivery team as the business continues to evolve

Build a rapport with our technology licensed partners, clients, attending meetings and acting as the main point of contact

Provide commercial knowledge and advice to the team and clients

Manage multiple projects at anytime

Regular audits of installations on site and ensuring quality control is kept to the highest standards

Deliver tasks on time, to budget and to the required standard

Ensure continuing professional development.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven project management experience in construction projects

Experience handling accounts and dealing directly with clients and suppliers

Good communication and organisational skills

Competent user of the MS software suite of programmes

Working knowledge of CAD and drawing standards

Collaborative approach to projects and knowledge of BIM procedures

A flexible attitude and self-motivated
